One of the Radio Academy's 30 Under 30 cohort for 2023, Ella is a world-renowned podcast expert who specialises in drama and fiction. Currently, she's Head of Production at Six to Start, the company behind Marvel Move (in collaboration with Marvel Comics), and long-running digital success story Zombies, Run! In addition to these, Ella is the multi-award winning producer and director behind Doctor Who: Redacted, Eliza: A Robot Story and Re: Dracula. Her latest project, Camlann - An Audio Drama, was funded by Creative Scotland and The Inevitable Foundation. As a queer, disabled woman, Ella is passionately committed to telling world-class stories showcasing diverse voices on a global stage.
