Grace is the Research Manager for BBC Sounds and Radio 4. Grace joined the BBC in 2020, having developed her market research skills in the advertising sector. Research conducted as part of her current role feeds into strategic product, marketing and editorial developments for BBC Sounds. She also works with the Director of Speech to ensure that the Radio 4 brand is front of mind for podcast – as well as linear – listeners. In addition, Grace has just concluded her tenure on the BBC’s Next Generation Committee, providing an advisory function for the Executive Committee that focuses on engaging under-represented audiences.
