Ken Miller

Director, Advocacy and Outreach , Association of Old Crows

Ken Miller rejoined the Association of Old Crows (AOC) as the Director of Advocacy and Outreach in 2017. He is responsible for coordinating advocacy activities and building collaborative opportunities across government, military, industry, and academia. He is also the Host of AOC’s From the Crows’ podcast and producer of The History of Crows podcast. Prior to the AOC, he was the cofounder and principal of KMS Advocacy, LLC, a government relations consulting company created in July 2010. Before founding KMS, Ken was Director of Government and Industry Affairs for the AOC from 2005 - 2010. Previously, Mr. Miller worked on the congressional staff for the Honorable Joseph R. Pitts (PA-16), US House of Representatives, from 1997 to 2005, where he served as Legislative Director. While there he also started and was the lead congressional staff for the Congressional Electronic Warfare (EW) Working Group, which continues today in its 22nd year. Mr. Miller holds a Master of Public Policy degree from George Mason University School of Public Policy. He also graduated from Messiah College, Grantham, PA, in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He resides in Marietta, PA.
