Kieron has over a decade of experience in the media and creative industries. 

He is the Founder and Creative Director of Palm Tree Island, an audio-first creative agency and production house. He also currently acts as the consulting Director of Content for Delphia, a group of technology companies based in North America.

Previously, Kieron ran video and audio operations for Finimize, and was part of the founding team that led the company to an FTSE-100 acquisition. Before that, he managed sound and music operations for Monocle Magazine, where he recorded, mixed, and produced sessions for some of the world's biggest artists.
