Stephanie (Steph) is the CEO of Switchboard, the National LGBTQIA+ support line, one of the UK's longest-running charities serving the LGBTQIA+ communities. Since its creation on the 4th of March 1974, Switchboard has provided a safe space for over 4 million people who needed someone to listen and provide calm words when they are needed most. The listening service at Switchboard is staffed entirely by volunteers, and presently, Switchboard has 225 listening volunteers, handling an average of 15,000 contacts per year. Stephanie has almost 20 years of experience operating at the senior level in a variety of non-profit organisations. She has founded the Proud and Palace, the LGBT supporters group of Crystal Palace FC and has been the Chair of Pride in Football, the network of over 50 LGBT football supporters groups across the UK. Stephanie is also a board trustee of the Palace for Life Foundation, the Community Foundation for Crystal Palace Football Club. She lives in London with her wife.
