Thilini Gunaratna is a Senior Content Producer for Channel 4's 4Studio where she currently oversees the social media content for some of their biggest high-profile shows,  including Married At First Sight UK, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Big Boys, Big Mood, Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared, Taskmaster, Made in Chelsea, Rise and Fall and many more. Prior to joining Channel 4, she has had extensive experience in developing social media strategy, specialising in content for  young, underserved audiences across the UK’s  broadcast industry, working across brands and channels including The One Show, BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, 6Music, Asian Network, 1Xtra, the  Mercury Music Prize and the BRIT Awards. Alongside her work on some of the UK's leading broadcasters, Thilini has also worked across global brands, launching TLC's UK presence and working across the Discovery Channel's digital content.
